Hey there :)
I‘m offering a room in a shared flat in Kreuzberg. The room is quite small, but you can arrange the furniture in a smart way so it appears bigger (1. picture). It is approximately 12-14m2. If you like I can offer you furniture too: a desk, wardrobe and mattress, pillow and blanket (2.picture).
We are going to share a a big living room with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a washing machine.
Furniture, costs for electricity and water, WiFi and storage in the basement are included in the rent.
The room is available from the 1st of November until 31st of March. Maybe longer, but I will know next year only.
Anmeldung is possible too!
The station hallesches Tor is a 5 min walk away (U1/U3 and U6). M41 is right in front of the door. U Prinzenstraße is 10 by walk.
You can go out for a drink or coffee at Bergmannstraße or Mehringdamm, which is 10 min away.
Or go for a run by the canal. It is right in front of the door!
The location is one of the best you can have in Berlin! It is in the heart of Kreuzberg, but it is very calm, because there are many trees around!
I‘m looking for a roommate, who is open for a chat in the kitchen, would like to cook together once in a while or watch a movie here and then. I don’t want to live with a person who feels like a stranger to me😅 I want the WG to be a calm place to relax after a long day, but also a place where people come together, eat together or have a drink once in a while. I am a person, who needs personal space (especially in the morning haha), but also loves to have people around.
About me:
My name is Laura, I am 23 years old and I study linguistics and literature. I am finishing soon, so
currently I am writing my bachelor thesis. Next year I will start designing a portfolio for my application for my Masters abroad. So sometimes I will be working from home, but usually I am at uni, in the gym or at work (I work 2-3x a week in the evenings in a restaurant. So sometimes I come home quite late.)
In the mornings I love to workout: Pilates, Running, HIIT or Strength training. I am really into exercising and love to try out new things!
In my free time I love reading about astrology, psychology and personal development, meeting friends, having a coffee, doing crafts at home, go for a walk, travel and occasionally go out for a drink. I love pets (especially cats 🥹) so in case you want to bring one I‘m (very) open to it.
