This is a long-term room but unfortunately anmeldung is not possible
- we're offering a long-term, sunny, spacious, and very centrally located room - a 3-4 minute walk from U Kottbusser Tor (U1, U3, U8), and buses like the M29 right at your doorstep. Every room has heating by wood stove, but there are gas cookers in the kitchen. The area has so much more than you need; groceries, spätis, bars, restaurants are everywhere. The location at this price is hard to come by.
- You'd be sharing space with: Leon, 27, Australian, jazz drummer (dont worry my drums are at my studio) and otherwise part-time waiter; and Emre, 25, Turkish, works nights at a bar. Both of us enjoy cooking at home and the language of the house is english.
- We're all quite new to the flat so you would be a part of creating the space and the vibe, so were looking for likeminded people who are keen to establish and maintain a homey and clean space
