Während ich durch Südamerika reise suche ich eine liebe Zwischenmieterin, die vom 01.11.-01.02./01.03. mein Zimmer bewohnt (können gerne je nach Bedarf sprechen). Das Zimmer ist schön hell und gut geschnitten. Augestattet mit allem was man so braucht, von Schreibtisch bis Schrank. Die Wohnung hat noch eine gemeinsame Küche & ein Bad und liegt im 3. Stock eines Altbaus.
While I am traveling through South America, I am looking for a lovely temporary tenant to live in my room from 01.11.-01.02./01.03. (we can arrange this as needed). The room is bright and well laid out. Equipped with everything you need, from desk to wardrobe. The apartment has a shared kitchen and bathroom and is on the 3rd floor of an Altbau building.
Die U8 Kottbusser Tor ist in c.a. 10 min zu erreichen, je nachdem wie schnell du läufst. Sonst geht's genau so schnell auch zum Görlitzer Park. Generell ist die Gegend gut angebunden. 1 min vom Haus ist ein Penny und Hoffmann und etwas weiter ein Edeka und andere Supermärkte. In der Gegend sind viele Bars und Cafés in denen man gut entspannen oder auch mal einen trinken kann.
The U8 Kottbusser Tor can be reached in about 10 minutes, depending on how fast you walk. Otherwise it's just as quick to Görlitzer Park. In general, the area is well connected. There is a Penny and Hoffmann 1 minute from the house and an Edeka and other supermarkets a little further on. There are many bars and cafés in the area where you can relax or have a drink.
Wir führen ein entspanntes WG-Leben, hocken aber nicht die ganze Zeit aufeinander. Für ein Gespräch in der Küche ist jeder zu haben und generell ist der Umgang freundschaftlich. Meine Mitbewohner würden sich drüber freuen, wenn du Spanisch oder Italienisch sprichst, ist aber kein Muss! :)
We live a relaxed life in a shared flat, but we don't spend all our time squatting on top of each other. Everyone is available for a chat in the kitchen and generally, we are friendly. My flatmates would be happy if you speak Spanish or Italian, but it's not a must! :)
Wir haben eine Katze, dementsprechend solltest du tierlieb sein. Die Katze ist allerdings daran gewöhnt, nicht in mein Zimmer zu gehen.
