Das Zimmer ist ein geräumiges Altbau Zimmer in einer 4 Zimmer Wohnung, es bietet für alles platz was man benötigt.
Da es zum Innenhof rausgeht, kann man nachts problemlos ohne Lärm mit offenen Fenstern schlafen und auch sonst ist es sehr ruhig.
Da es hinten in der Wohnung liegt bietet es auch am meisten Rückzug.

Die Lage ist grade für junge Menschen perfekt, 50 m zum Landwehrkanal und 2 min zur Admiralbrücke mit zahlreichen parks.
Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 5 min zufuß entfernt und auch an spätis, bars, cafes etc in näherer umgebung mangelt es nicht.

Man braucht keine 10 min in einen der schönsten Kieze Berlins, den Bergmannkiez.
Und die gegend lädt für lange abende oder entspannte tage in der sonne ein.

Du hast 2 Mitbewohnerinnen und einen Mitbewohner. Alle sind ca im selben Alter was auch so bleiben soll, da wir keine reine Zwecks WG sein möchten und uns alle gut miteinander verstehen.

Zudem gibt es einen kleinen roten Kater in der WG der sich über jede Streicheleinheit freut, die er bekommen kann.
