Hi! I’m looking for a subtenant to join our POC FLINTA collective flat in the heart of Kreuzberg. Our home is a safe, inclusive space where we value open-mindedness, solidarity, and respect, and I’m hoping to find someone who shares these values and wants to contribute to the supportive environment we’ve created here.

About the Apartment:
Our space is a spacious two-level maisonette connected to another unit, so there’s lots of room to share while also having privacy. We have:

Two bathrooms (one on each floor)
Two balconies with great views
A shared washing machine for convenience
A garden with a small workshop, perfect if you’re into crafts or DIY
Multiple rooftop terraces with beautiful city views
Access to a sauna (available for rent)
Sometimes we cook together and enjoy some downtime chatting, but there’s no pressure to join every time—it’s a space where everyone can participate at their own comfort level.

The flat is ideally located near Kottbusser Tor, just a 3-minute walk to the U1/3 and U8 lines, which makes getting around Berlin easy and convenient. You’ll be right in the middle of Kreuzberg’s lively scene, with plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants, and clubs in the area. When you want a break from the city buzz, beautiful green spaces are nearby, along with weekly flea markets and a farmers' market twice a week by the Maybachufer.

About the Sublet:
I’m renting the room from now until the end of February, with the possibility to extend until June 30, 2025, if it’s a good fit.
