The room is very cozy, around 14 m², with a large window that makes it bright. It is also quiet, as it is not located on a busy street. The room is furnished with a bed, a desk with a lamp, a wardrobe, a chair, a bookcase, a nightstand with a lamp, and two small tables.

I will be leaving the room from January to March 2025 and will return afterward, so there might be a few personal items left in the wardrobe or on top of it, though I will make as much space as possible.

The metro gneisenaustraße u7 is at 7 min by foot and mehringdam at 14 min.
In 5 min walk you can reach a Edeka, a Netto, a Rossman and a DM. There is also the very nice Marianeke Markthalle at 3 min by foot.

In the Flat there is a very spacious and bright kitchen and one bathroom, these spaces are shared with the other flatmates.
The flatshare accommodates four people in total, so during your stay, there will be three other flatmates. It is a very safe and respectful space. Parties are not allowed in the apartment, and it is important to respect quiet hours by avoiding loud noises after 11 PM and before 9 AM. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house, and pets are not allowed.

It’s not possible to interrupt the three months stay, it has to be rented for the whole period.
