Room

Hello!

My bright 26m² room in Kreuzberg will be available from the 1st of January until the 1st of April. The total rent is 750€/month. It is in a flatshare with a sweet gay couple. The flat itself is 93m², with a spacious kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. The subway station 'Gneisenaustraße' is directly in front of the door. Within a few minutes' walk, you'll find many cafés, bars, cute shops, and restaurants in the beautiful Bergmannkiez. Since my flatmates are both full-time working (one sometimes from home), it would be nice if you also work and have a similar schedule. Your new temporary flatmates will be Nam (29), who works as a graphic designer and grew up in Berlin, and Adam (24), who works in marketing and is originally from the Czech Republic. Both are very chill and clean people, and they occupy two of the rooms in the three-room flat. In the past, we've always preferred not to have a distant relationship with our subtenants, but it’s also important that you value privacy when needed. We speak English in the flat, as Adam is not yet fluent in German.

We are excited to hear from you!
