The room is located directly on Bergmannstraße in the heart of the popular Bergmannkiez neighbourhood. This neighbourhood is one of the most popular in Berlin - lively, charming and with many cafés, restaurants and small, individual shops. The location is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy urban life. The connections are excellent: the underground stations Mehringdamm and Platz der Luftbrücke are both just a 7-minute walk away, so you can get around the city quickly and easily. Perfect for anyone who wants to be in the centre of the action!

We are an international and queer-friendly flat share with flatmates from Chile, Mexico, the USA and Germany. We are all young professionals, and although you will have four flatmates, rarely will everyone be home at the same time - so there is plenty of room for privacy! Socialising with us is friendly and relaxed. We like to do things together from time to time, but there's no pressure - everyone can decide for themselves how much company they want.

The room is the smallest in the flat, thus the cheap rent. But the kitchen and living space is really spacious. For now the subrent is limited to 5 months, but an extension might be possible. Unfortunately, registration is not possible.
