The room contains a bed with mattress, couch, desk, chair, clothes hangers, carpet and a big mirror.
We have recently renewed our WiFi so it works perfectly and is very fast.
The heating works perfectly as well, the apartment is newly renovated so it is very clean.
The room is facing the inner garden so it is not loud at all.
In the shared kitchen, there is stoves, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dish washer, and all the kitchen equipment you will ever need!
The shared bathroom has a washing machine and shower with a bathtub, perfect for winter days to soak yourself in a hot tub.:)
The aprtment itself is on the fourth floor, unfortunately there’s no elevator.
Very convenient location and close to the center
15 min by train to Alexanderplatz
And few min walk to the treptower park as well.
Perfect for anyone who wants some greenery and calm clean air in the busy city life.
Few min walk to a bus station,
Ten min walk to both S bahn Ostkreuz and S bahn Treptower park
Many supermarkets around as well, few min walk to all Lidl, Netto, Edeka
There are two more roommates beside yourself, a japanese woman and a german man.
Both very clean, organized and responsible, so I am looking for someone that can also treat the apartment like your own and respect the others as well.
