Hallo :)

Nach dem Auszug unseres Mitbewohners, ist nun ein Zimmer in unserer WG im beliebten Gräfekiez frei.
Das Zimmer ist genau in dem Zustand, wie es auf dem zweiten Bild zu sehen ist. Nur die beiden Schreibtische hat der ausgezogene Mitbewohner leider mitgenommen. Falls du einen brauchst, können wir gemeinsam einen organisieren.
Der Mietpreis entspricht der Warmmiete. Strom, Heizung, Internet, usw sind also alle im Preis inbegriffen.
Leider ist für das Zimmer keine Anmeldung möglich. Ein Untermietvertrag ist aber natürlich möglich. Das Zimmer wird erstmal befristet angeboten, aber eine Verlängerung kann ggf. besprochen werden.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht: Spülmaschine, Backofen, Waschmaschine, diverse Utensilien...
Sie befindet sich in einer zentralen dennoch sehr ruhigen Lage, vom Kanal und einer Fußgängerzone umgeben. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine große Auswahl an Cafés und Restaurants, sowie mehrere Supermärkte.
Die U1, U3, U7 und U8 sind alle in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir sind ein junges Paar (F30 und M28), freiberufliche Künstlerin und Masterstudent, und leben zusammen im zweiten Zimmer. Wir legen Wert auf ein freundliches und respektvolles Miteinander und darauf, dass diese wunderschöne Wohnung relativ sauber bleibt :)

After our flatmate moved out, there is now a room available in our shared flat in the popular Gräfekiez.
The room is in exactly the same condition as shown in the second picture. Unfortunately, the flatmate who moved out has taken the two desks with him. If you need one, we can organise one together.
The rent corresponds to the warm rent. Electricity, heating, internet, etc. are all included in the price.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to register for the room. However, a subletting contract is of course possible. The room is initially offered for a limited period, but an extension can be discussed if necessary.

The flat is equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, oven, washing machine, various utensils...
It is in a central yet very quiet location, surrounded by the canal and a pedestrian zone. There is a large selection of cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, as well as several supermarkets.
The underground lines U1, U3, U7 and U8 can all be reached on foot in just 10 minutes.

We are a young couple (F30 and M28), freelance artist and master student, and live together in the second room. We value a friendly and respectful coexistence and that this beautiful flat stays relatively clean :)
