I am renting out my charming old building room from 01.02. to 28.02 (period flexible). The room impresses with its light wooden floorboards and offers a cozy atmosphere. It is furnished with a comfortable bed, an inviting sofa and a large table, ideal for relaxing evenings or productive work. A clothes rail ensures that your clothes can be neatly stowed away.
In the apartment, you will also find a fully equipped kitchen as well as a modern bathroom for added convenience.
In unmittelbarer Nähe findest du zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants und Bars, die eine breite Palette an kulinarischen Genüssen anbieten – von traditionellen Berliner Gerichten bis hin zu internationaler Küche. Die Straßen sind oft belebt, und es gibt immer etwas zu entdecken, sei es ein neues Café, ein kleiner Laden oder ein Kunstprojekt.

The streets are often lively and there is always something to discover, be it a new café, a small store or an art project.
The apartment is also well connected to the public transport network, so you can get to other parts of the city quickly and easily. Parks such as Görlitzer Park and Viktoriapark are not far away and are perfect for relaxing walks or outdoor picnics.
Du wirst mit Pien und Lion zusammenwohnen. Beide Studieren und Arbeiten noch nebenher. Pien wird Anfang Februar auf Reisen sein und Mitte Februar ausziehen, sodass Ihr in der Zeit die Wohnung nur zu Zweit teilt. In unserer WG herrscht das Motto: „Alles kann, nichts muss!”

You will be living here with Lion and Pien. Both are still studying and working part-time. Pien will be traveling at the beginning of February and will move out in mid-February, so you will only be sharing the apartment as a couple during this time. The motto in our shared flat is: “Everything can, nothing must!”
