Ich suche eine (oder 2 achtsame) Person(en), die respektvoll mit meinen Dingen umgehen und Lust auf eine schöne Wohnung haben. Es wird ein Vertrag aufgesetzt. EINE ANMELDUNG BEIM MELDEAMT/BÜRGERTUM IST NICHT MÖGLICH!

I’m not in Berlin for 2 weeks and sublet my gorgeous 2-room flat in the middle of Kreuzberg. I’m looking for one (or two) beautiful beings for this time, who wants to spend a nice time in my flat. The flat has everything you might (good WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, a bathtub, lots of plants, a beamer, Apple TV,, …). I’m allowed to sublet my flat, so we will set up a proper contract for the testing period. Unfortunately registering in Berlin isn’t possible.
STRICTLY NON SMOKING (NO SMOKING AT THE WINDOW AS WELL !) AND NON PARTYING IN THE FLAT!!!
There’s fast and reliable WIFI.
Die Wohnung ist 200m vom Kottbusser Tor entfernt und im 4. Stock. Supermärkte und ÖPNV sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso viele Bars und Restaurants.
It’s 200m away from the Kottbusser Tor on the 4th floor. An underground station, supermarkets and restaurants are nearby.
Du hast die Wohnung alleine für dich. Ich komme eventuell ein paar mal vorbei, um Dinge abzuholen. Dann kündige ich mich natürlich rechtzeitig vorab an.
You‘d have the flat for yourself. Maybe I will come by a few times to get some stuff. Obviously I‘d announce that in advance.
Es wird ein Untermetvertrag aufgesetzt - eine Anmeldung ist NICHT MÖGLICH. Die Miete beträgt 430€ inklusive allem plus 350€ Kaution, die nach 14 Tagen zurück gezahlt werden. Der Preis entspricht dem, was ich selbst auch bezahle. Keine Abzocke bei der Miete.
