Two adjoining rooms available, totaling 30 sqm. One room serves as a bright and spacious (20 sqm) living and working area, and the other is as a bedroom. The living room has a large balcony.
There is an aquarium in the living room, and a very cute kitten in the household.
The apartment is located in a quiet, green area in the geographic center of Berlin, the edge of Kreuzberg and the beginning of Mitte district. Just a 15-minute walk from the canal. It is well-connected, with U-Bahn Moritzplatz a 7-minute walk away and a bus station just 2 minutes away.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared with one other person, a kind and trustworthy man. He takes care of the kitten, and the fish need to be fed once a day. He would be open to share some activities, cook together etc., but there is no social pressure in the WG—you can interact as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
The WG is quiet, and we are mindful of each other and the neighbors, avoiding continuous loud noise.
We are renting out these two rooms on short notice at a lower price than their actual cost.
