es ist noch ein tolles Zimmer in Berlin Kreuzberg frei, wer hat ab 01.4.2016 Lust für Monat April oder länger bei uns und unseren 3 Kindern (1, 9 und 12 Jahre alt), in ein möbliertes Zimmer einzuziehen?
Wir haben eine sehr schöne große Wohnung (im Neubau) in Berlin-Kreuzberg von welcher wir gerne 1 Zimmer an eine Untermieterin zur Zwischenmiete für den Monat 01.4.-30.6.2017 untervermieten würden (ein Duschbad wäre zum teilen mit unserem großen Sohn, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Bei Interesse meldet Euch doch einfach mal per Mail oder ruft mich an, wenn ihr Skype habt, kann ich Euch das Zimmer gerne per Skype zeigen und wir könnten und unterhalten und ein Bild voneinander bekommen. Oder macht einfach kurzfristig einen Termin für eine Besichtigung mit mir aus.

I am looking for a lodger for April. 01.-June.30, 2016 (no couples), like a student who is eligible for an Internship in Berlin, I have a nice apartment in Berlin Kreuzberg and live there with my husband and 3 children. Das Appartment liegt wischen den U-Bahnhöfen Kochstraße (U6) und Moritzplatz (U8), direkt am Bus M29. Der Bus ist die direkte Verbindung zum Ku'Damm.
Fußläufig sind es bis zum Checkpoint Charlie (4 Min), Friedrichstraße.
Leider ohne Fahrtstuhl aber dafür ganz oben und damit sehr hell.
Derzeitige Mitbewohner: 3 Kinder, mein Mann und ich.
