Zum neuen Jahr wird bei uns ein Zimmer frei. Eines schön helles Zimmer mit Ausblick zur Straße. also eher ungeeignet für Geräusch empfindliche Menschen.
Der Raum befindet sich neben dem Wohnzimmer und ist komplett möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch und Stühle, siehe Bilder.
Unsere WG bietet den Komfort einer komplett eingerichteten Küche, einer Waschmaschine und ein cooles Wohnzimmer mit Beamer sowie 2 Bädern.
Bei Bedarf könnt ihr auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbenutzen. Somit auch ideal für Reisende.

We have a bright and spacious room available in our lovely flat from the new year.. It faces the street, so it's best suited to someone who doesn't mind a bit of city life. If you're a light sleeper, we also have earplugs available!"
The room is next to the living room and comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, shelves, desk and chairs (see pics).
Our flat has all the mod cons: a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a cool living room with a projector, plus two bathrooms.
You're also welcome to use our bed linen and towels, which makes it ideal for travellers, too.
Alt Treptow - Close to Görlitzer Park and Treptower Park. Good Connection via bus and s-bahn.
Im 3 Ländereck zwischen Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg und Neukölln. Nähe S-Bahnhof Treptower Park. Vor der Tür fahren 3 Buslinien und Ihr lauft ca. 10 min zum Görli, zum Paul-Linke-Ufer oder zum Treptower Park.
Eine schöne Ecke für Jogger :)

You'll be right in the heart of things, where Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg and Neukölln meet. We're a short walk from Treptower Park S-Bahn station, with 3 bus routes right outside the door. It takes about 10 minutes to stroll to Görlitzer Park ("Görli"), the Paul-Linke-Ufer or Treptower Park.
It's a great spot if you like jogging!
Ganz wichtig für uns:
Wir wollen in einer Gemeinschaft wohnen und uns an allem bedienen können was sich zu Hause an Essen so findet, weshalb wir eine WG Kasse haben und die Lebensmittel kosten etc. teilen. Wenn das für dich kein Problem ist dann sind wir ein guter Ort für dich.
Wir sind ein werkelnder Funsportfreak, eine Organisationswütige mit Nachwuchs, eine Nachwuchs Ballerina und eine chillende weltverbesserin.
Wir Essen gerne aber nur bei Gelegenheit zusammen und nutzen unsere Couch in der Küche für gemeinsame Abende. Ansonsten sind wir alle mehr oder weniger beschäftigt.
Mal ist mehr los bei uns, mal weniger. Dank einer kleinen Joy ist es bunt geworden und gemeinsam auf der Liegewiese im Wohnzimmer auskomern und vor dem Beamer chillen zum Alltag.
Wenn du kochen kannst bist du auf jeden Fall schon mal willkommen, denn wir lieben es bekocht zu werden.

We're a real mix of people: a DIY and extreme sports enthusiast, an organisation queen with a little one, a budding ballerina, and a chilled-out advocate for making the world a better place.
We enjoy eating together but only get the chance every now and then. We tend to hang out in the evenings on the comfy sofa in our kitchen. Other than that, we're all pretty busy with our own lives.
Things can be pretty lively here sometimes, and other times it's quiet. Our youngest flatmate, Joy, keeps things colourful! We love chilling out together on the 'lawn' in the living room (it's a rug!) and watching films on the projector.
If you can cook, you'll be especially welcome - we love being treated to delicious meals!

Am besten ist Ihr kommt einfach auf ein Bierchen oder Kaffee vorbei solltet Ihr schon in der Stadt sein. Win Win für beide, Ihr wisst wer wir sind, seht wie toll unsere Gemeinschaft ist und wir lernen euch gleich kennen und können mit wenig Zeitaufwand Feedback geben. :)
