Schönes Einzelzimmer in großer Wohnung, 3er WG steht kurzfristig für knapp 3 Wochen zur Verfügung (kein langfristiges Angebot)!!
Ideal für den Oster-Urlaub ODER um vor Ort die langfristige WG/Zimmersuche zu starten, also zB wenn man im April zum studieren nach Berlin kommt. Vollmöbliert, sowohl Zimmer als auch Rest der Wohnung.
Nur an Einzelperson, weiblich, keine Party-Folks, rauchen oder Haustiere mitbringen geht leider auch nicht...!
Die Möbel sind minimal anders als auf den Fotos dargestellt (kein Sofa mehr), dies nur zur Info.

Somewhat spontaneously on offer: Nice single room (for female only!!) in flatshare on offer, for nearly 3 weeks. This is NOT a longterm offer, pls dont inquire if you need something for half a year...
All is fully furnished and equipped, room same as rest of flat.
This ain´t a party place, non-smoking only pls! Not suitable if you wanna explore Berlin nightlife, BUT could be good to be used as starting point for longterm flatsearch in case you are starting studies (or a job) in Berlin in. Or just some Easter vacation....:)
FYI Furniture is arranged sightly different (no more sofa).
Wrangelkiez: Wohnung liegt in der Nähe U-Bahnhof Schlesisches Tor
Drumherum ist alles was man braucht: Supermärkte, Gemüsehändler, nette Cafes und Kneipen...
Nicht umbedigt eine beschauliche Gegend (eher ziemlich lively), aber dafür sehr zentral und wenn man keine absolute Ruhe benötigt 24/7 dann sollte man hier schon gut zurecht kommen!
Außerdem wichtig zu wissen: Die Wohnung ist im 4. OG, es gibt keinen Aufzug!
The flat is very centrally located, nearby U-Bahn station Schlesisches Tor. So everything is in easy reach, in the streets nearby you´ll find all you could possibly be looking for - whether that´s supermarkets and groceries or cafes, bars, clubs
Its not exactly a quiet area, but super central and easily accessible. Unless you need a quiet surrounding 24/7, you should normally have all at your feet in the area...
FYI additionally: flat is on 4th floor, no elevator!!
Zwei Mitbewohner:innen, die mal mehr, mal weniger anwesend sind.. (sind ja Osterferien). Allzuviel WG-Leben sollte man nicht erwarten, ist zwar OK wenn es sich ergibt, aber auch kein Zwang.
Ich denke für ein ~3 Wochen wird man schon klarkommen!
You´ll have 2 flatmates, that are only more-or-less present (its easter vacation time)... Don´t expect too much of time spent together, of course thats okay, if it happens: but if not, i am sure for just ~3 weeks we should all get on!!
