Da meine Jetzige Mitbewohnerin Auszieht suche ich ab 01. Aprill eine neue/n Mitbewohner/in.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 15m² groß sehr schön hell und mit direkten Zugang zum Balkon, Das Zimmer ist Teilmöbliert (Bett, Tisch, Regal etc. sind vorhanden im Flur steht ein großer Kleiderschrank der genug Platz für eine zweite Garderobe bietet).
Küche und Bad enthalten ebenfalls alles was man braucht.
Das Haus bzw. die Wohnung sind im Bauhausstil gebaut falls das für jemanden von Interesse ist.

Die Wohnung ist Super zentral gelegen. (Alte Jakobstr.). An der Grenze von Kreuzberg zu Mitte.
Die U-Bahnlinien U6 (Kochstr.), U2 (Spittelmarkt), U8 (Moritzplatz) und U1 (Hallisches Tor) sind innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Die Buslinien M29 und 248 halten direkt vor der Tür.
Das Stadtzentrum und die HU sind zu Fuß in 10 bis 15 min erreichbar.
Nach nur wenigen Gehminuten kann man sich in Berlins vielfältiges Kultur- und Nachtleben stürzen.
The flat is located direct in the Centre (Alte Jakobstraße). The metro lines U6 (Kochstr.), U2 (Spittelmarkt), U8 (Moritzplatz) und U1 (Hallisches Tor) are very close and bus M29 stops in front of the door. Night and culturelife are just 5 walking minutes away.
Ich habe keinen Bock auf eine Zweck WG. Ich finde es schon wichtig das man mehr als nur "Morgen" oder "Du solest mal wieder den Müll runter bringen" sagt. Das man mal zusammen Kocht, einen Feierabendbier zusammen hat oder einen Film oder Serie zusammen schaut. Einfach das man sich mit der anderen Person in der Wohnung wohl fühlen kann
