Right in trendy Graefe-Kiez, our big top floor apartment has everything you can wish for a great Berlin experience. We love it, and you will too.
About the space:
The living & dining room: Beautiful dinner table that accommodates up to 8 people, a super comfy L-shaped designer couch that looks to a 42'' TV with apple TV (special feature: it has American Hulu, Netflix and HBO Go), 3 different guitars + an amp.
The kitchen: Modern style and fully equipped, it includes dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.
Your bedroom: It has a queen-size bed with a premium mattress. There's a big walking closet that you would share with one of your roommates.
The bathrooms: There's one guest bathroom and a big one with a bathtub and a washer + dryer.
The terrace: It has wooden floor, a table to eat outside, two reclining chairs for sunbathing and a big grill.
The apartment is located in the heart of the very popular and charming Graefekiez in Kreuzberg. The area is a beautiful, central yet relaxed neighborhood with everything you need in walking distance: restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, small shops of all kinds, turkish markets, playgrounds, cinemas, clubs, etc. Right on the corner you'll find the Hasenhaide park, and once you cross it you arrive at Tempelhofer Feld, a huge former airport now turned park.
The apartment is 2 minutes away from the bus station Graefestr, which takes you to the central station in 20 minutes. The Ubahn Station Südstern (U7) and Schönleinstr. (U8) are 7 walking minutes away.
Two European professionals are currently living in the apartment, and they're looking for professionals who want to have a nice time in Berlin without turning the apartment into a party-place.
The pictures are some months old, and we have improved the furnishing a lot lately, for example:
- A nicer table in the dining room and a designer leather chair in the living room
- A new washer + dryer in the bathroom
