We have a wonderful news for you!! We have a room for rent. This room is about 12 square meters, hinterhof side. It is located in the residential area of Kreuzberg, next to the Vivantes Klinikum hospital, 100m from the canal.
Your room will be totally available and empty from December 1st.
We have fast DSL and WiFi.
We are looking for someone ON THE LONG TERM ONLY! (ideally 2 years)
In this 100m2 flat: 3 Bedrooms, one big room (living room + kitchen all together), one bathroom and one basement to stock your stuff if needed.
Kitchen is already fully equipped & modern (including a dishwasher).
Bathroom is also pretty spacious, with window on the hinterhof, washing machine, bathtub & shower.

We’ve been living in this beautiful Altbau flat for more than three years already.
We are french & english, both 28, Alice from Bristol, Mathieu from Lyon, living in Berlin since 5 years. We both work so please no student/Erasmus!! We both speak german, although not fluently.
Flat is very well located:
6 min walking distance to U1 Prinzenstrasse station, 8 min to U7 Südstern, 15min to Moritz Platz, 15min to Kotti, and 35 min to Schoenefeld Airport.
10min walking to Schoenleinstrasse U8 station and thus Maybachufer, where you can find the trendiest Kreuzberg bars & restaurants, without mentioning the colourful turkish market
15 min to Tempelhofer Feld

We are respectful, clean and open minded guys. In our free time, we like to go to museum, theater, Philharmonie, to have dinner with friends, get some drinks in bars and go out dancing when our favourite djs’ are performing.
We are music lovers, from electronic to jazz, classic, hiphop & rock.
Everything is already set up in the flat, cosy & smooth so we are just waiting for you to complete this beautiful WG!
