Hello,
I will be abroad from 06th January until 3rd March and I am looking for somebody to rent my room in our beautiful Kreuzberg flat for that period. It is a very nice, large and fully furnished room with a desk, drawers, bed and decent internet connection.
The flat is spacious and comfortable. We have a large kitchen and living room and a nice balcony with a pleasant view.
The flat is in an absolutely fantastic area. Situated next to Gleisdreieck Park and very close to Viktoriapark, it is a short walk to Bergmannkiez - famous for its many restaurants and cafes. Rewe, Edeka and LPG BioMarkt are one block away.
Ubahn stops Mehringdamm, and Möckernbrücke are around the corner for U1, U3, U6 and U7, and Gleisdreieck and Anhalter Bahnhof are a short walk away for U2 and S1 and S2/25 - it is rarely difficult to get anywhere in Berlin!
There will be three very friendly, relaxed and respectful flatmates from Germany, UK and Portgual. Looking forward to hearing from you!
A bicycle could be made available for an increased deposit.
Some of my belongings including plants would be left in the room, so I would appreciate respectful treatment and very occasional plant watering.
