Wir suchen für unsere 12er-WG ab dem 1. März/April 2025 eine (ggf. zwei) neue Mitbewohner*innen.
Das Zimmer ist zwischen (13-34 m²), wahrscheinlcih 13qm und kosten zwischen 350-550 Euro (das kleine 350). Dazu kommen 50€ Essensgeld pro Monat sowie eine einmalige Kaution von 312€. Eine Anmeldung ist möglich. Außerdem kauft jeder für mindestens 70-130€ pro Monat ein.

We are looking for one or two new roommates for our 12-person shared apartment from March 1st / April 1st 2025.
The vacant rooms vary in size (14-34 m²) and cost between 350-550 euros. There is a one-off deposit of €312. Registration is possible.
In addition, we have kitchen communism for which there is a meal allowance of €50 per month and a . Also, everyone buys food for at least €70-130 per month.
(there are more free rooms, but we found already some, but it has to be discussed who will move in when/in which room)
Wir teilen uns zu zwölft ein 400 m² großes Stockwerk mit 2 Küchen, 1 Dragroom, 1 Bibliothek, zwei Gästeschlafplätzen, 2 Bädern und 2 WCs, zwei Balkonen und einem roten Fahrstuhl. Unser Zuhause ist ein schöner, etwas abgenutzter Altbau mit Stuck & Patina, zentral zwischen Tempelhof und Kreuzberg gelegen. Aktuell gibt es ein Baugerüst und Bauarbeiten, wofür wir eine Entschädigung erhalten.

Twelve of us share a 400 m² floor with 2 kitchens, 1 drag room, 1 library, two guest sleeping spaces, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, two balconies and a red elevator. Our home is a beautiful, somewhat worn old building with stucco and patina, centrally located between Tempelhof and Kreuzberg. There is currently scaffolding and construction work, for which we receive compensation.
Wir sind Anna, Freddy, Yesim, Lea, Leah, Konouz und Kai + Baby Jascha und Hund Mango und blad zwei Katzen. Alle zwei Wochen halten wir ein Plenum ab, in dem wir gemeinsam wichtige WG-Angelegenheiten entscheiden – davor solltest du keine Scheu haben. Wir betreiben "Kühlschrank-Kommunismus" und teilen all unser Essen. Unsere gemeinsamen Einkäufe sind vegetarisch, einige von uns essen aber auch Fleisch & Fisch.
Wir kochen und essen gerne zusammen und unternehmen vieles gemeinsam: Kino, Theater, Clubs, Fitnessstudio, Demos, Saunagänge, Tanzkurse, Schlittschuhlaufen oder Torten essen. Wir wohnen kollektiv und versuchen, alltägliche Care- und WG-Arbeit gerecht untereinander aufzuteilen. Dafür gibt es verschiedene Arbeitsgruppen. Zudem organisieren wir Bautage und Gruppenausflüge und greifen bei Konflikten auch mal auf Mediation zurück.
Außerdem feiern wir extrem viele Geburtstage und veranstalten ungefähr einmal im Jahr eine große WG-Party.
Im WG-Alltag wechseln wir zwischen Deutsch und Englisch.

We are Anna, Freddy, Yesim, Lea, Leah, Konouz and Kai + baby Jascha and dog Mango. We hold a plenary session every two weeks in which we decide important shared apartment issues together - you shouldn't be afraid of that. We practice “refrigerator communism” and share all our food. Our shared purchases are vegetarian, but some of us also eat meat and fish.
We like to cook and eat together and do a lot of things together: cinema, theater, clubs, gym, demonstrations, sauna sessions, dance classes, ice skating or eating cake. We live collectively and try to share everyday care and shared work fairly among each other. There are various working groups for this. We also organize construction days and group excursions and sometimes resort to mediation in the event of conflicts.
We also celebrate a lot of birthdays and have a big shared party about once a year.
In everyday shared life we switch between German and English.
Idealerweise bist du zwischen 28-45 Jahre alt und hast trotzdem Lust, deinen Alltag mit vielen Menschen zu teilen. Extra-Punkte gibt es, wenn du bereits Erfahrung mit dem Leben in großen WGs hast und Haustiere magst.

Wir lieben Geister, aber nicht als Mitbewohner*innen. Wir wünschen uns Personen, die bereit sind, Verbindlichkeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Du solltest keine Angst vor Schwämmen und Putzplänen haben.
Sexismus, Transphobie, Homophobie, Rassismus, Antipalästinensischer rassismus, Islamophobie, Antisemitismus, die Polizei und Schwurbler solltest du für Dinge halten, auf die man im Alltag gut verzichten kann.
Wir freuen uns besonders über mehr BIPoC und Queers im Haus.

Ideally, you are between 28 and 45 years old and still want to share your everyday life with many people. There are extra points if you already have experience of living in large shared apartments and like pets.
We love ghosts, but not as roommates. We want people who are prepared to take on obligations and responsibility. You shouldn't be afraid of sponges and cleaning plans.
You should think of sexism, transphobia, homophobia, racism, antipalestinian racism, Islamophobia, anti-Semitism, the police and swearers as things that you can do without in everyday life.
We are particularly happy to have more BIPoC and queers in the house.
