Weil ich einen Monat im Ausland verbringe, vermiete ich für diese Zeit mein Zimmer in Kreuzberg unter.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock eines Gebäudes im Mehringdamm.
Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und ist ausgestattet mit einem 1,80 Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch+Stuhl, TV, und einem Sofa. Das kannst du alles auch gerne nutzen. :-)

Because I am spending the month of August abroad, I am subletting my room in Kreuzberg for this time.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of a back house building in Mehringdamm.
The room is very spacious and is equipped with a 1,80 bed, closet, desk+chair, TV, and a sofa. You are welcome to use all that. :-)
Wir wohnen im wundervollen Bergmannkiez, direkt am Mehringdamm (allerdings im Hinterhof, d.h. wir haben trotzdem unsere Ruhe). Zur Mehringdamm U Bahnstation sind es nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß, von dort ist man mit der U6, U7 und diversen Bussen sehr gut angebunden.
Direkt am Mehringdamm oder ein paar Schritte weiter runter zur Bergmannstraße gibt man unzählige Restaurants, Cafés und kleine Boutiquen. Genau das Richtige für diejenigen, die sich gerne von Café zu Café hangeln und alles ausprobieren möchten. ;-) Deine zukünftigen Roomies geben dir gerne eine Tour!

We live in the wonderful Bergmannkiez, directly on Mehringdamm (but in the backyard, so we still have our quite space). The Mehringdamm U Bahn station is only about 5 minutes walk away, from there you are very well connected with the U6, U7 and various buses.
Directly on Mehringdamm or a few steps further down to Bergmannstraße there are countless restaurants, cafes and small boutiques. Just the right thing for those who like to wander from café to café and try everything ;-) I am sure your future roomies would love to give you a toor.
In der WG wohnen wir aktuell zu 5. Zwei von unseren MitbewohnerInnen sind gerade erst eingezogen. In der WG ist uns Zusammenleben sehr wichtig. Dazu zählt zum einen ein guter Umgang mit den gemeinsamen Räumen und Gegenständen, aber natürlich auch gemeinsame Abende und einfach ein kurzer Schnack zwischendurch.
3 von deinen zukünftigen MitbewohnerInnen arbeiten (teils von zuhause, teils im Büro) und 1 ist Student. Es wäre super, wenn du entweder auch arbeitest oder einen ähnlich geführten Lebensstil hast.
Wir haben in der Wohnung neben unseren Zimmern eine Küche mit einer Eckbank als gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit, sowie zwei Bäder.
Wahrscheinlich auch interessant: Bei uns wird einmal in der Woche geputzt und es werden Dinge wie Spüli, Toilettenpapier, Zewa, Kaffee (!!!) und Seife nachgefüllt. Das ist natürlich alles im Preis drin, genauso wie WLAN und Strom/Gas.

There are currently 5 of us living in the flat, two of whom have just moved in. Living together is very important to us. This includes on the one hand a good handling of the common rooms and furniture, but of course also common evenings and just a little chat here and there.
3 of your future flatmates work (partly from home, partly in the office) and 1 is a student. It would be great if you either work as well or have a similar lifestyle.
In addition to our rooms, we have a kitchen in the apartment with a corner bench for comfortable seating, as well as two bathrooms.
Probably also interesting: we have cleaning once a week, and things like dish soap, toilet paper, Zewa, coffee (!!!) and soap are refilled. Of course, this is all included in the price, as well as wifi and electricity / gas.
Die Verfügbarkeit des Zimmers ist genau an die o.g. Daten gebunden, d.h. ich kann erst am 30.07. aus dem Zimmer raus und müsste am 28.08. wieder rein.

The availability of the room is exactly bound to the above mentioned dates, i.e. I can only leave the room on 30th July and would have to come back in on 28th August.
