The room is fully furnished and the apartment has everything you need for cooking etc. I also provide bedding, towels etc. The apartment is close to Görlitzer park and less than one minute away from the public transportation. The area is very vibrant and has many beautiful cafes, bars and restaurants. You will be sharing the kitchen/lounge and bathroom with two other lovely ladies. This flat is very cozy and I would like to find someone who respects the space keeps it clean and brings a positive energy to the WG. I kindly want to mention that its not a party flat I am more looking for someone who likes to respect the quite hours from 10pm - 7am and treats the house as a calm and respectful space.
This apartment is not a party flat the other two girls like to come home to a peaceful environment where everyone respects each others needs.
There is the possibility to extend the contract since I am currently not sure If I will come back to Germany.
