Hey everyone,

our flat is about 60m2 big and is looking for a new roommate.

Our flats is high and we are in the 2nd floor facing Wrangelstr. with a beautiful view.
The whole flat is sunny all day because of the big windows. Its fully furnished, washing machine in the bbathroom, dish washer in the kitchen and is equipped with all the basics (kitchen stuff, dishes etc.).
The bathroom has a bathtub, one with a shower.

Rent is all included, meaning service charges, water, heating, green power, internet etc. U room is furnished like u see it on the pictures.

Anmeldung/Registration is possible.

Closest subway station is Schlesisches Tor (U1 and U3).
Taking a walk, yoga, running, meditating whatever is very nice along the Spree. We have many small shops next-door, supermarkets are around the corner.
Cafes & bars u can find directly in Wrangelkiez.

Everything all the other flat shares say stands for us too (openness, cooking together, talking, quiet time, grilling in the park, having a bear, going out or simply sleeping very long bla bla). Beyond that we really care about someone reliable and down to earth to make it feel like home. Working people that don’t mind cleanness get a plus.

Please be aware that the rooms are not suitable for couples. Also we are looking for a long term person (6 months and up).
