Hi all :)

I am renting out my furnished room with balcony for a flexible amount of months.
My dear flat mate Marta (28 years old, works as a Gallery director in Berlin) and I treasure our flat. It's beautiful with high sealing, art on the walls and simply a nice atmosphere.
You would share the living room + kitchen and bathroom with Marta. I am only looking for a woman :)

The room has a large bed (160 x 200), table, closet, everything you need and it's got super nice light in the mornings especially.

We have a cleaning lady, she comes every other week.

Location is perfect, 1 min from Maybachufer, very close to U8 and M29 and in the middle of Kreuzköln Hipster Central with cute cafes, bars and restaurants.

We have a washing machine, dish washer, huge fridge, and a kitchen with everything you need to prepare a fantastic meal.

Die Lage ist wirklich top!

Das Maybachufer ist 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und lädt zum Spaziergang, Bierchen am Ufer, Sonnenbaden, Boulle spielen, Freunde treffen, Menschen kennenlernen ein. Jede Menge Bars, Cafés, Restaurants, kleine Shops, Liebhaberläden, Vintage, 2nd Hand, Wochenmärkte, Möbelläden und alles was das Stadtherz begehrt ist da.

U-Bahn Station Schönleinstraße und Herrmannplatz sind 10 min zu fuß entfernt. Diverse Buslinien vor dem Haus.

Alles kann, nichts muss.
Marta works a lot so we don't want anyone who parties in the flat. We do enjoy meals together and to simply have a nice time together and chat.
