The room has the best windows in the world with the best light. your plants will love it i promise.

the following pieces of furniture will not be available when you come: mattress, working desk and chair, and shelf system. the bed, the cupboard, the comode and maybe even the plant (if you want) will stay.
it is in the ground floor but the trees in front of the windows give some privacy.
it is a 3 minute walk from S Lankwitz. a very chill place with nice parks. i love it to be honest.
you have edeka, DM, Rossmann, whoolworth, and a ton of döner shops. everything is really close.
the flatmates are very warm people and usually traveling around so you might end up having the flat for yourself sometimes. they are both arabic speakers, so if you feel like integrating with arabic speakers that's a good chance.
you can decide for how long you want to stay. we are cool with both short term and long term.
