🔸 great connection to local transport (Bus 240 - 1 min walk, S Nöldnerplatz and S/U Lichtenberg - 8 min walk)

I am only looking for someone who fulfills the following:

Die Wohnung liegt in Alt-Lichtenberg direkt an einem Park. Die Rummelsburger Bucht ist nur 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Der Bus 240 fährt direkt vor der Haustür und die Bahnhöfe S Nöldnerplatz und S/U Lichtenberg sind 8 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich ein Späti, ein paar Bars, Restaurants, Cafés, Rewe und Kaufland.
Alles in allem eine Top-Ecke zum leben.

The apartment is located in Alt-Lichtenberg next to a green park. The Rummelsburg Bay is only a 15-minute walk away. The 240 bus runs right outside the front door and the train stations S Nöldnerplatz and S/U Lichtenberg are an 8-minute walk away.

There is a Späti right around the corner, a few bars, restaurants, Rewe and Kaufland.
All in all a top corner to live in.

Hi, ich bin Tea und wohne hier alleine in meiner schönen 2-Zimmerwohnung. Ich arbeite als Sportmanagerin und werde im Januar und Februar 2025 nach Asien reisen. In dieser Zeit vermiete ich beide meine Zimmer an Menschen, die es sich in dieser Zeit hier gemütlich machen möchten.

Hi, I’m Tea, and I live alone in my lovely two-room apartment. I work as a sports manager and will be traveling to Asia in January and February 2025. During this time, I’m renting out both rooms to people who would like to make themselves at home here.

Ich liebe mein Zuhause und öffne sehr gern meine Türen für eine weitere Person. Für dritte Personen bin ich allerdings nicht so offen. Die Wohnung ist relativ klein, weshalb ich gern nur zu zweit hier bin. Besuch ab und zu ist in Ordnung, muss aber abgesprochen werden. Übernachtungen von Dritten schließe ich allerdings von vornherein aus.

I love my home and am very happy to open my doors to one more person. However, I am not so open to other people. The apartment is relatively small, which is why there I only let in one more person. Friends from time to time is are, but must be communicated first. However, I don't want another person to stay overnight.
