Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin für unsere gemischte 4-er WG ab September 2024.
Wir sind eine Wohngemeinschaft von berufstätigen Ü45'ern innerhalb eines
Hausprojektes im Kaskelkiez in Lichtenberg. Der Kühlschrank wird gemeinsam
gefüllt und geleert, Anschaffungen gemeinsam finanziert. Ab und an essen wir
gemeinsam, ansonsten hat jede/r ihren eigenen Alltag. Wenn Du Dich
angesprochen fühlst, und ein helles aber nicht leises Zimmer mit 24m2 für 420,-€
(warm, mit Strom, Telefon und Internet) plus große Küche für Dich ok
sind, dann melde dich. Wenn es passt, bekommst Du eine sympathische
Hausgemeinschaft in Selbstverwaltung dazu, die aber auch erwartet, dass
Du dich ein bisschen mit einbringst.

Der Kaskelkiez befindet sich zwischen Ostkreuz und Bhf. Lichtenberg und ist optimal an den ÖPNV angebunden. S-Bahn - ,Bus - und Straßenbahnhaltestellen findest du nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
