Wir haben eine direkte Busanbindung vor der Haustür, 10 Minuten Fußweg zur nächsten S- bzw. U-Bahn Station (Nöldnerplatz, Lichtenberg oder Betriebsbahnhof Rummelsburg). Es gibt sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zum Beispiel haben wir einen Kaufland und einen Aldi auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite und man braucht 5 Minuten zum nächsten Rewe. Sonst ist die Rummelsburger Bucht ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg von uns entfernt, auch daneben gibt es einige Grünstreifen in der Nähe.
We have a bus connection directly at our doorstep, the next S-/U-Bahn stations are about 10min by foot (Nöldnerplatz, Lichtenberg or Betriebsbahnhof Rummelsburg). There are several grocery shops nearby, for example a Kaufland and an Aldi on the opposite side of the street, the next Rewe is walkable in 5min. The Rummelsburger Bucht can be reached by foot in about 20min, several other parks are nearby as well.
Wir waren ursprünglich eine 3er WG aus Studienfreunden von denen nun einer weg gezogen ist. Das Zimmer ist deswegen befristet, weil wir uns gerade sporadisch nach einer neuen Wohnung umschauen. (Dementsprechend könnte das Zimmer auch länger verfügbar sein, garantiert aber nicht kürzer. Das würden wir auf jeden Fall sofort kommunizieren.) Wir kochen sehr gerne und machen gelegentlich Spiele- oder Filmabende, insgesamt geht es gerade eher ruhig bei uns zu. Uns wäre wichtig, dass du mithilfst bei allgemeinen WG-Angelegenheiten (Putzen etc.). Ansonsten komm einfach wie du bist :)
Until recently we were a 3-person shared flat of study friends, of whom one left. Because we are ourselves sporadically looking for a new flat, we sublet the room only for 3-4 months. (That's why the room might happen to be available longer, definitely not shorter! We will communicate this immediately of course.) We like to cook and have game or movie nights, all in all it's rather calm. We'd like you to participate in the general upkeep of the flat. Other than that just be yourself :)
