I am subletting my room from 20 Jan -05 February.
The apartment is a few steps away from Ostkreuz, then you know, good transport connections and some food restaurant/ coffee/ spätis around.
I live in an easygoing WG apartment, and I would like to keep it that way. We are between 30-40 y.o and we all work/study. So, no parties or really loud music until late.
We care about cleanliness. Unfortunately, no pets allowed and no smoking inside the room, we do have a balcony that you are welcome to use, as long as my flatmate is not in her room.
I have quite a few plants, so someone with some idea of how to take care of them and wanting to do it, is desirable.
It's short-term, so no registration is possible (no Anmeldung)
I am asking for the whole period 300 + 150€ deposit (that will be returned fully if the place is returned in conditions)
