The room is large, has high ceilings and gets direct sunlight almost all day. The windows are big and high. The floors are made of wood. I will leave all furniture except for the mattress. The couch is a sleeping couch!

There is a bus stop right outside the door and another one around the corner. S/U Bahnhof Lichtenberg is about 5 minutes walking distance. There are multiple supermarkets (Netto, Rewe, Penny, Edeka) within ten minutes walking. Edeka is open on sundays too. It is next to a big road but the window shut out all the noise.

Two of us are moving out at the last minute, so you will live with Filip and Ava, both swedish and lovely:) they both work so they are not around the flat all of the time, but when we run into each other we almost always have a little chat. There are no strict rules in the flat, we just figure things out as they come our way
