The room is a large, sunny area with your own winter garden. The windows have shutters so you can get a pretty decent night's sleep! It comes with a bed, desk, chair, and a clothes rack + hangers. I can also lend you some sheets, pillow, duvet, and towels if you need.

The flat is located in a family building in Weitlingkiez, Lichtenberg. There is a communal garden kept by the neighbours, and generally speaking, everyone in the building is kind and friendly. There are lots of families, so it's not a party place—we respect Ruhezeit and are always courteous to each other.

Public transport: 5-7 minutes. U5, S5, S7, S75 and buses to Kreuzberg and Fhain.
Supermarkets (Rewe, Penny, Lidl, Aldi, plus a big Kaufland and a Sunday Edeka) are 5-15 minutes and there are pharmacies (DM, Rossmann) open on Sundays.

It's a quiet neighbourhood so there aren't a lot of bars around, but there are a few restaurants. It's also easy to take the train towards the East if you like forests and lakes.

You'll be living with me, a writer who works from a studio inside the same building :) I'm half-German, half-Brazilian, a morning person who's pretty chilled and respectful. I love my books and my writing, and I need more alone time than most people—but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy meals or movies together! I also enjoy cooking (mostly lunch since I'm not a dinner person) and hiking, so I'm always up for a weekend fleamarket hunt or a bit of nature time. You will notice there are a lot of plants in the flat :) I try to keep the flat as clean as possible and would enjoy a flatmate that's orderly and clean too.

I'm looking for a kind and respectful flatmate, someone who's working full-time and doesn't mind a morning person as a flatmate!
