We are traveling and would like to rent out a room in our house, the room can host up to 2 people (140cm bed ). Normally the room is used for short-term rental. All basic stuff are covered (bed sheets/ working desk/ wifi/ electricity/ water) in the price.
The room is only available between 15.2 and 31.3, it's possible to extend a few more days before or after this period.
Since this is only a subletting while we're traveling, this is not meant for long term and no registration (Anmeldung) possible, of course you can send posts to our address with our names.
We are renting 2 rooms like this so there will be another person/ or a couple from the other room during this time period. The common area (kitchen, living room, bathroom) will be shared.
No pet or smoking allowed.
The house is about 10 minute walk from the Sbahn Friedrichsfelde Ost, you can also take the bus for 1 station and the house is only 200m from the bus station
