Welcome to your new home! This cozy apartment has three rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom—all the essentials for a comfortable WG life. You’ll be living in the biggest room of the apartment, located on the first floor of a charming old building.
The room? It’s got everything you could possibly need and more: two beds, one wardrobe, countless shelves (thank you, IKEA Kalax), two tables, three chairs, and—wait for it—two huge windows. Seriously, what else could you ask for? Thanks to these glorious windows, the room is bright and sunny (well, when Berlin decides to cooperate with the weather).
The kitchen is a dream come true for cooking enthusiasts: six stoves, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, two refrigerators, and a shelf overflowing with utensils. Oh, and there’s a dining table with chairs for those cozy dinner parties. The bathroom? All the essentials are there—just check out the pictures!

Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern, einer Küche und einem Bad. Du wirst im größten Zimmer der Wohnung wohnen, die sich im ersten Stock eines Altbaus befindet.
Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet: zwei Betten, ein Kleiderschrank, mehrere Regale, zwei Tische, drei Stühle und zwei große Fenster, die viel Licht in den Raum bringen (besonders an sonnigen Tagen).
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit sechs Herdplatten, einem Backofen, einer Mikrowelle, einer Spülmaschine, einer Waschmaschine, zwei Kühlschränken, einem Regal mit vielen Küchenutensilien und einem Esstisch mit Stühlen. Das Badezimmer hat alles, was man braucht – siehe Bilder.
This location is a dream for convenience lovers. Grocery shopping? You’ve got EDEKA, PENNY, and LIDL within a four-minute stroll. Need snacks at midnight? Two Spätis are just one minute away. Hungry? There are a couple of restaurants nearby, and even a casino if you’re feeling lucky.
Public transport? You’re in the hub of it all. A four-minute walk gets you to Lichtenberg’s S-Bahn, U-Bahn, and RE-Bahn stations. Trains come every three minutes, ready to whisk you anywhere in Berlin (or maybe even all of Germany—who knows?). It’s just 13 minutes to Alexanderplatz and 20 minutes to Berlin Hauptbahnhof. Plus, a bus stop is right outside the building (hello, 240, 296, and 108). Basically, getting around couldn’t be easier.

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend: In nur vier Minuten erreichst du den S-Bahn-, U-Bahn- und RE-Bahnhof Lichtenberg. Von dort fahren Züge alle paar Minuten in alle Teile Berlins (und vielleicht sogar Deutschlands). Alexanderplatz ist in 13 Minuten, der Hauptbahnhof in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es auch eine Bushaltestelle (Buslinien 240, 296 und 108).
Currently, there’s one girl living in the room next to yours, but she’ll be moving out mid-February. The owner is on the lookout for a new tenant for her room as well, so it’s a fresh start for everyone!
WG life has been smooth so far—everyone just handles their own cleaning and responsibilities. Once you move in, it’ll be a chance to set the vibe and plan things as you like. The possibilities are endless (okay, maybe not endless, but you get the point).

Derzeit wohnt eine Mitbewohnerin im Zimmer nebenan, sie wird jedoch Mitte Februar ausziehen. Der Vermieter sucht bereits nach einer Nachfolge für ihr Zimmer.
Das WG-Leben war bisher unkompliziert, da jeder seinen eigenen Bereich sauber hält. Wenn du einziehst, kannst du die Organisation gemeinsam mit den neuen Mitbewohnern planen.
WiFi and shared household expenses (like cleaning supplies) are split among roommates, so you can continue the tradition. Apartment viewings can be arranged after our first interaction—flexibility is key!
Why am I leaving the apartment, you ask? Well, it’s nothing dramatic—just moving closer to my job. Isn’t that what it’s all about? The daily commute wins this round.
Important: For March, you’ll have a sublet contract with me, after which you can sign a long-term contract directly with the owner. You can stay short-term or long-term (preferably long-term because, let’s face it, moving is exhausting).

Warum ziehe ich aus? Ich ziehe näher an meinen Arbeitsplatz – das ist alles.
Wichtig: Für den Monat März wird ein Untermietvertrag mit mir abgeschlossen, danach kannst du direkt einen Vertrag mit dem Vermieter abschließen. Du kannst kurz- oder langfristig bleiben (langfristig wäre natürlich praktischer).
