Hallo! Ich reise für einen Monat in meine Heimatstadt und vermiete deshalb mein Zimmer unter. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß und geräumig und voll möbliert. Das Fenster ist auch sehr groß und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Park. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett (Kingsize), einen großen Kleiderschrank und andere Grundmöbel.

Die Lage ist sehr ideal. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. S-Bahn und U-Bahn sind nur 12-14 Gehminuten entfernt. Sie erreichen das Stadtzentrum in nur 30 Minuten.

Die Nachbarschaft ist auch sehr friedlich und ruhig. Alle Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in der Nähe (Rewe, Lidl, Netto, Türkisch).

Es ist eine funktionale WG und die Mitbewohner sind sehr nett. Meine beiden Mitbewohner arbeiten Vollzeit und es macht Spaß, mit ihnen Zeit zu verbringen. Sie sind sehr organisiert und halten die WG gerne sauber. Sie bieten dir immer etwas zu essen, Snacks oder Tee an. Wir haben einen wöchentlichen Reinigungsplan, um die WG sauber und ordentlich zu halten.

Die Untermietdaten können flexibel sein. Auch wenn du es für einen kürzeren Zeitraum möchtest, kontaktiere mich gerne. Besichtigungen sind fast jeden Tag möglich, schreib mir einfach eine Nachricht :)

Hello! I‘m travelling to my hometown for a month so I‘m subletting my room.

The room is pretty big and spacious and is fully furnished. The window is also very big and has a beautiful view of the park. The room has a double bed (King size), big wardrobe and other basic furniture.

The location is very ideal. Bus stop is just 5 mins walk away. S Bahn & Ubahn is just 12-14 mins walk away. You can reach city center in just 30 mins. The neighborhood is also very peaceful and calm. All the groceries stores are nearby (Rewe, Lidl, Netto, Turkish).

It is a functional WG and the flatmates are very nice. Both of my flatmates are full time working individuals who are fun to hangout with. They are very organized and like to keep the WG clean. They will always offer you some food, snacks or tea. We have a weekly cleaning schedule to keep the WG clean and tidy.

The sublet dates can be flexible. Even if you want it for a shorter period of time feel free to contact me. Viewing possible almost all days, just drop me a message :)
