I am subletting a room in my 90m2 four room apartment located in Lichtenberg.
It is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, commode and desk. The shared living space consists of two bathrooms, a spacious and bright kitchen and a balcony.
For this short period I rent without registration.

Die Buslinie 240 befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür und der S-Bahnhof und U-Bahnhof Lichtenberg (S5, S7, S75, S3 und U5) ist mit einem 7 minütigen Fußweg erreichbar. Zum Alexanderplatz benötigst du nur 15min mit der S-Bahn. Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich ein riesiger Rewe Supermarkt, der bis 23:30Uhr täglich geöffnet hat.
Des Weiteren hast du ein Fitnesscenter VitaFit, eine Billiard Bar, ein Ärtzehaus und eine Apotheke in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Für alle Naturliebhaber ist die wunderschöne Rummelsburger Bucht in 10min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.

The bus line 240 is right outside the front door, and the Lichtenberg S-Bahn and U-Bahn station (S5, S7, S75, S3 and U5) can be reached within a 7-minute walk. To Alexanderplatz you only need 15 minutes by S-Bahn. Directly on the doorstep is a huge Rewe supermarket, which is open until 23: 30h daily.
Furthermore, you have a fitness center VitaFit, a billiard bar, a doctor's house and a pharmacy in the immediate vicinity. For all nature lovers the beautiful Rummelsburger Bucht can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.

Derzeit wohnen Fabi und Thao in der Wohnung. Fabi arbeitet Vollzeit als Medientechniker und Thao arbeitet als Freelancerin. Beide sind unglaublich liebenswürdig und umgänglich. Sie haben eine positive Ausstrahlung, die es leicht macht, sich mit ihnen zu unterhalten und schnell eine freundliche Verbindung aufzubauen. Gemeinsam sorgen sie für eine entspannte und freundliche Atmosphäre im Haushalt, was das Zusammenleben sehr angenehm macht.
Wir suchen nach einem ordentlichen und zuverlässigen WG-Partner, der idealerweise berufstätig ist oder ein Student mit einer Werkstudententätigkeit.
Es wohnen hier vorwiegend Familien mit Kindern, deswegen sind Homepartys eher unerwünscht. Gegen entspannte Hausbesuche ist natürlich nichts einzuwenden.

Currently Fabi and Thao live in the flat. Fabi works as a media technician and Thao as a freelancer. Both are incredibly kind and approachable. They have a positive aura that makes it easy to talk to them and quickly build a friendly connection. Together, they create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in the household, making living together very enjoyable.
We are looking for a decent and reliable WG partner who is ideally working or a student with a working student job.
