The room that is up for sub rent is fully furnished and functional with a wardrobe, drawers, bed, cozy armchair and a
working desk. The room gets direct sun during the second half of the day and is located
opposite of the large kitchen.
7-minute walk to the S-Bahn station Nöldnerplatz as well as to S+U station Lichtenberg. Furthermore, multiple bus lines go through the street in front of the house.
Supermarkets like Rewe, Aldi, Kaufland are within a 5 min walk distance.
One of my favorite spots to chill end enjoy the sun at Rummelsburg is only 10 min by bike away.

The house has a small garden in front of the house, which gives a bit of a distance to the street and walkway, allowing for some added privacy even though we live on the ground floor / Hochpattere.
In the back of the house, there is a huge garden with grass and trees, which offers lots of sun during the day time in summer.
I am looking for an active, fun, easy-to-talk flatmate to have a good WG life with, like cooking together in the kitchen, grabbing a coffee at the close by hipster coffee places or simply having nice chats. So far we have talked in English and/or German in the flat.
I very much enjoy the various plants. :)
Currently, I have a full-time job in the software development area, which means that I work from the home office most of the time. In my free time, I like riding my racing bike, playing (beach-)volleyball, hanging out with friends and enjoying the sun.
All in all, I would say it is a relaxed atmosphere. We jointly take care of keeping the flat clean, especially the shared bathroom and kitchen.
Registration/Anmeldung is possible. We will do the contract officially via/together with Howoge company.
The subcontract is temporary for right now until end of September. Potentially the contract can be extended, depending on the situation of my former flatmate (who is moving out but staying as a main renter within the contract).
