Das Zimmer hat knapp 13m² und ist beinah quadratisch. Durch das große Fenster Richtung Süden hat man immer Licht im Zimmer und einen tollen Ausblick in die Gärten im Innenhof. Man hört keinen Straßenlärm, dafür aber die Vögel zwitschern.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.
Die Wohnung ist eine von sechs Wohnungen im Haus und liegt im 1. Stock. Sie hat insgesamt 45 m², die auf Bad, Küche und 2 Zimmer verteilt sind.
Das Bad fällt eher kleiner aus, dafür hat die Küche eine tolle Größe mit großem Kühlschrank und viel Stauraum.
Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller und einen extra Kellerraum.

The room has almost 13m² and is kind of square. The large south-facing window means there is always light in the room and a great view of the courtyard gardens. You don't hear any street noise, but the birds are chirping.
The room is rented unfurnished.
The apartment is one of six apartments in the house and is on the 1st floor. It has a total of 45 m², which are divided into a bathroom, kitchen and 2 rooms.
The bathroom is rather small, but the kitchen is a great size with a large fridge and plenty of storage space.
There is a bicycle cellar and an extra cellar room.
Von der Wohnung ist man innerhalb von 2 Minuten an der nächsten Bushaltestelle und bis zur U5 (Magdalenenstraße) braucht man 8 Minuten.
Neben der U Bahn Station gibt es einen Lidl und in die andere Richtung einen Rewe (Fußläufig 8 Minuten).
Die Ringbahn ist nur eine U Bahn Station entfernt und zum Alexanderplatz sowie Hauptbahnhof muss man nicht mal umsteigen. So kommt man für berliner Verhältnisse gut und schnell überall hin, wo man hinwill.

Within 2 minutes you are at the next bus stop and it takes 8 minutes to get to the U5 (Magdalenenstraße).
Next to the underground station there is a Lidl and in the other direction a Rewe (8 minutes on foot).
The Ringbahn is just one underground station away and you don't even have to change trains to get to Alexanderplatz or Hauptbahnhof. By Berlin standards, you can get anywhere you want to go quickly and easily.
Ansonsten wohnen in der Wohnung ich und meine Katze. Du solltest also tierlieb sein. Es ist aber vollkommen okay, wenn du nicht möchtest, dass sie in dein Zimmer kommt. Leider ist es nicht möglich, eine 2. Katze in der Wohnung zu halten, da meine Katze mit anderen gar nicht klar kommt. Sie ist aber sehr menschenfreundlich.
Zu mir: Ich bin 29 und arbeite als Erzieherin in einer Kita um die Ecke. Ich esse und backe gerne Kuchen und singe gern.
Ich bin manchmal ein bisschen chaotisch, es ist mir aber trotzdem wichtig, dass in der Wohnung eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit herrscht.
Ich finde es in einer WG immer schön, wenn man sich gut versteht und ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis hat. Ich mag es, wenn man auch mal was zusammen kocht (gerne vegan), finde es aber auch wichtig, dass jede ihre Ruhe haben kann.
Mir ist es wichtig, mit einer Person zusammen zu leben, die ähnliche Werte teilt, wie ich. Du solltest also gegen Sexismus und Rassismus sein.
LGBTQIA+ Personen sind willkommen.

Otherwise, it's just me and my cat living in the apartment. So you should be fond of animals. However, it's completely okay if you don't want her to come into your room. Unfortunately, it's not possible to have a second cat in the apartment, as my cat doesn't get along with others at all. But she is very friendly with people.
About me: I'm 29 and I work as a kindergarten teacher just around the corner. I enjoy cooking and baking cakes, and I love to sing.
I can be a bit chaotic at times, but it's still important to me that the apartment maintains a certain level of cleanliness.
I always find it nice in a shared apartment when people get along well and have a friendly relationship. I like it when we can cook together sometimes (preferably vegan), but I also think it's important that everyone can have their own quiet time.
It's important to me to live with someone who shares similar values as I do. So you should be against sexism and racism. LGBTQIA+ people are welcome.
