Hi, ich bin Tea und wohne in meiner gemütlichen 2-Zimmerwohnung. Im Januar verreise ich für 6 Wochen nach Asien (13.01.25 - 23.02.25) und suche daher jemanden, der mein Zimmer in dieser Zeit übernehmen kann (mein anderes Zimmer ist bereits untervernietet für die Zeit). Miete für den Wohnraum + komplette Ausstattung sind 150€ pro Woche.

Mir ist es wichtig, wen ich in meine geliebte Wohnung hole, daher habe ich ein paar Kriterien, die erfüllt werden müssen :)

Ich biete:
🔸 wunderschöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in einer ruhigen und grünen Lage in Alt-Lichtenberg
🔸 freies 24qm Zimmer mit Balkon
🔸 voll möbliert mit einem großen Bett, Schrank, Esstisch, Sessel, TV, Schreibtisch
🔸 nah an der Stadt und am Wasser (15 min Fußweg)
🔸 top Anschluss an den Nahverkehr (Bus 240 - 1 min Fußweg, S Nöldnerplatz und S/U Lichtenberg - 8 min Fußweg)

Ich suche ausschließlich jemanden, der Folgendes erfüllt:

Hi, I’m Tea, and I live alone in my cozy 2-room apartment. In January, I’ll be traveling to Asia for 6 weeks (13.01.25 - 23.02.25) and am looking for someone to take over my room during that time (my other room is already subletted during that time). Die Wohnung liegt in Alt-Lichtenberg direkt an einem Park. Die Rummelsburger Bucht ist nur 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Der Bus 240 fährt direkt vor der Haustür und die Bahnhöfe S Nöldnerplatz und S/U Lichtenberg sind 8 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich ein Späti, ein paar Bars, Restaurants, Rewe und Kaufland.
Alles in allem eine Top-Ecke zum leben.

The apartment is located in Alt-Lichtenberg next to a green park. The Rummelsburg Bay is only a 15-minute walk away. The 240 bus runs right outside the front door and the train stations S Nöldnerplatz and S/U Lichtenberg are an 8-minute walk away.

There is a Späti right around the corner, a few bars, restaurants, Rewe and Kaufland.
All in all a top corner to live in.

Hi ich bin Tea, die Hauptmieterin der Wohnung (ich selbst werde nicht vor Ort sein). Ich bin 29 Jahre alt, arbeite als Sportmanagement und lebe vegan. Ich mag Sport, liebe Tiere, Spaziergänge und bin viel am Reisen.

Mein bzw. dein zukünftige Mitbewohner Roman ist 24 Jahre alt, kommt aus Frankreich und macht hier ein Praktikum.

My (or your future) roommate Roman is 24 years old, comes from France, and is doing an internship here.

However, Olivia and I are looking for someone responsible who can take on the task of caring for Maja from time to time.

Bitte beachte, dass das Zimmer nicht komplett leergeräumt werden kann, da ich meine persönlichen Dinge in dem Raum lassen muss. Ein Kleiderschrank wird allerdings für dich frei sein!

PS. Die Wandfarben sind mittlerweile anders - ein schönes Naturorange.
