Da ich aus meiner WG ausziehe, wird ein Zimmer in dieser 2er WG frei :).
Dein neues Zimmer ist 25qm groß und hat zwei große Fenster, sowie ein Fenster rechts mit Blick auf den Balkon der Wohnung! Und einem wunderbaren Sonnenuntergangsblick!
Die Fotos zeigen meine Einrichtung und geben damit einen guten Einblick, wie man das Zimmer einrichten könnte.
Das Zimmer ist quadratisch geschnitten. Vorhänge, sowie ein großer Kleiderschrank im Zimmer könnten, für eine kleine Ablösesumme, übernommen werden.
Der Rest der Wohnung ist möbliert und ist geteilter WG-Space.
Der Balkon der Wohnung ist an die Küche angegliedert und insb. im Sommer ein toller Ort zum Abendessen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen.
Ansonsten haben wir noch ein Kellerabteil, einen Abstellraum und ein Bad mit Badewanne, die die Wohnung komplettieren!

As I am moving out of my old flat, there is a room to let in the shared flat for 2 people.
Your new room is 25 square metres in size and has two large windows, as well as a window on the right with a view of the flat balcony.
The photos show my old furnishings and give you a good idea of how the room could be furnished.
The room has a square layout. Curtains and a large wardrobe can remain in the room for a small transfer fee.
The rest of the flat is furnished and is shared shared space.
The flat's balcony is attached to the kitchen and is a great place to enjoy dinner and the sunset, especially in summer.
There is also a cellar compartment, a storage room and a bathroom with bathtub to complete the flat!
Die Wohnung liegt in Berlin-Lichterfelde und mit direkten Blick auf den Teltow Kanal. Es ist eine ruhige Lage mit direktem Zugang zu Grünflächen, man ist in ca. 5 Minuten in der Natur und kann die Stadt auch mal hinter sich lassen.
Die S-Bahn liegt in 10 Minuten Laufweite und es gibt die Anbindung an viele Busse (Bushaltestelle ca. 5 min. Laufweite). Der Regionalhalt Lichterfelder Ost ist auch per Bus direkt an die Wohnung angebunden.
In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es einen Lidl und in 10 Minuten Laufweite (u.a. an der S-Bahn) findet man ein Kaufland, einen Aldi, Rossmann, sowie weitere Geschäfte des öffentlichen Lebens.
Die Anbindung zur FU Berlin ist super, mit dem Fahrrad im Sommer kommt man in 20-25 Minuten entweder zur Silberlaube oder auch zum Geocampus in Lankwitz. Und auch ansonsten ist man schnell (ca. 30 Minuten) mit der S-Bahn am Potsdamer Platz und dem Brandenburger Tor.

The flat is located in Berlin-Lichterfelde and has a direct view of the Teltow Canal. It is a quiet location with direct access to green areas, you are in nature in about 5 minutes and can leave the city behind.
The S-Bahn is within 10 minutes walking distance and there are connections to many buses (bus stop approx. 5 min. walking distance). The regional bus stop Lichterfelder Ost is also directly connected to the flat by bus.
There is a Lidl supermarket close to the flat and a Kaufland, Aldi, Rossmann and other public shops are within a 10-minute walk (including the S-Bahn).
The connection to the FU Berlin is great, in summer you can cycle to either the Silberlaube or the Geocampus in Lankwitz in 20-25 minutes. And you can also get to Potsdamer Platz and the Brandenburg Gate quickly (approx. 30 minutes) on the S-Bahn.

"Hi, ich bin Gina.
Ich bin 24 Jahre alt und studiere im Master Geographies of Global Inequalities an der FU.
Ich bin ein offener und aufgeschlossener Mensch, der auch gerne mal etwas neues ausprobiert!
In meiner Freizeit spiele ich Tennis, gehe schwimmen, lese gerne oder gehe die Berliner Museen entdecken. Zusätzlich engagiere ich mich aktiv ehrenamtlich in einer Studierenden Initiative.
Ansonsten trinke ich super viel Tee (oder in Klausurenphasen auch zu viel Kaffee) und verbringe zu viel Zeit im Dussmann beim Bücher kaufen!
Gemeinschaftsgefühl in einer WG ist mir wichtig, Zusammen kochen oder auch einfach nur quatschen bis in die Nacht hinein, sind Dinge die ich für ein Zusammenleben toll und wichtig find. Daher würde ich mich super freuen, wenn wir es schaffen, solchen kleine Dinge in unser WG-Leben zu integrieren!

Otherwise, I drink a lot of tea (or too much coffee during exam periods) and spend too much time in Dussmann's buying books!
A sense of community in a shared flat is important to me, cooking together or just chatting into the night are things that I think are great and important for living together. So I'd be really happy if we could manage to integrate little things like that into our shared flat life!

Zimmer wird erstmal bis Ende September befristet vermietet, mit Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung. Genaueres würden du und Gina dann klären!
