Das Zimmer ist 27,5 qm groß und im Altbau-Stil. Die Miete beträgt 650 € all inc, Kaution 1050 €. Unsere frühere Mitbewohnerin möchte 100 € für ihre Möbel, aber dafür wäre das Zimmer dann safe langfristig. :)

Mariendorf gehört zum Bezirk Tempelhof-Schöneberg. Die U-Bahn Station Alt-Mariendorf ist fußläufig nur etwa 4 Minuten entfernt. Bis Mehringdamm fährt mit der U6 z.B. nur 10 Minuten. In unserer Gegend gibt es unzählige Supermärkte und Restaurants. Auch der Volkspark Mariendorf ist direkt um die Ecke.

Das WG-Leben hier ist super harmonisch. Wir sind alle gute Freunde, aber jeder macht sein eigenes Ding. Auf nen Kippchen und Wein hat irgendwie immer jemand Lust. Und wenn mal einer seine Ruhe braucht, ist das auch total okay.

Sauberkeit ist uns schon wichtig für uns, hoffentlich auch für dich. Wir sind keine Zweckgemeinschaft, sondern legen großen Wert darauf, dass die Atmosphäre stimmt.
