The apartment has 2 rooms, one is the one in this ad, the other is already busy with your new flatmate :)
There's a kitchen, a storage troom and the bathroom with a shower/bathtube.
In this room there are already furnitures and it's already optimized for home office. Of course you can bring your own stuff moving the things you don't need in the basement downstairs. In general the neighbourhood is very quite and chill. There's enough space to live comfortable and you'll find everything for your needs and more.
The closest U-Bahn are Alt-Mariendorf and Johannistahler-Chausee, can be reached by bus in 10 and 15 mins. The bus stop is 3-4 min walking from home and during daytime there are 4 different buses passing by. There are 5 supermarket in a range of 15 min walk, the closest is 10 min from here. The area is residential, very relaxed and safe, it's not really for party people (unless you don't mind reaching other neighbourhoods) and perfect for people that work from home and need a quiet place. If you have a car there's a private parking lot that is reserved to the residents of the building.
In the apartment lives another person, he's young and very quiet. Most of the times he won’t be at home, having flexible working days, he’ll be around mostly evenings and enjoys a nice chat in the common areas. Currently languages spoken in this flat are German, English, Spanish and Italian. The general rule is to keep common areas as clean as possible and weekly choirs are agreed between flatmates. Furnitures in common areas are shared and there’s enough space for both to store their goods.
From time to time I help cats offering them a home and fostering them until they’re ready for adoption. At the moment 2 are here (one of them will be adopted soon), so please consider that if you’re interested.
