zum 1. Juli 2024 wird bei uns ein gemütliches Zimmer frei (nach Absprache auch etwas später).
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Über eine WA-Gruppe werden Angelegenheiten bezüglich der WG besprochen.
Das Zimmer ist 15m2 groß und kostet 650€ All-incl. und ist geeignet für Studenten, Berufstätige oder Berufseinsteiger.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 85 qm. und befindet sich in einem gepflegten Zustand . 4 Etage , MIT Fahrstuhl.
Des Weiteren ist das Zimmer voll möbliert. Die Möbel auf den Bildern sind also in der Miete inklusive.
Die Küche ist ebenfalls voll ausgestattet.

towards July 1st we are looking for find a new roommate for a cozy room in our shared flat (if required, moving in a bit later would also be possible).
Our landlord is very friendly and welcoming. Almost all topics are being handled and discussed through a Whatsapp Group.
The room has 15 sqm and costs 650€ per month all-incl. and would be a fit for Students, Young Professionals or experienced workers. The flat has 85 sqm in total and is in a well maintained condition. 4th floor WITH an elevator
Furthermore, the furniture that you see on the pictures are included in the rent.
The kitchen is also fully equipped.

Das Zimmer bzw. die Wohnung befindet sich in Marienfelde und ist nur 4 Minuten vom der Bahnhaltestelle "Stadtilmer Weg" entfernt.
Supermärkte und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in näherer Umgebung zu erreichen und auch alle wichtigen Adressen mit dem Bus leicht zu erreichen.

Lisa arbeitet als Erzieherin in einem Kindergarten und ich arbeite in einem Marketingunternehmen.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und unverbindlich.
Wir gehen miteinander respektvoll um, geben sich gegenseitig aber auch den notwendigen Freiraum. Sei es beim Kochen, im Bad, oder wenn jemand Besuch hat - gerne kann man auch zusammen etwas unternehmen.
Bei uns wird es also nie langweilig, da natürlich zum einen mehrere Menschen hier wohnen und wir außerdem viele gemeinsame Dinge unternehmen. Trotzdem hast du in deinem Zimmer natürlich deine Ruhe und Privatsphäre.
Wir suchen nach Mitwohner (innen) in ähnlichem Alter, die gern unter Leuten sind und Interesse an gemeinsamem Sport und anderen gemeinschaftlichen Aktivitäten haben.
Zum einen sind wir selber aus dem "Party all night" Alter mittlerweile selber raus, zum anderen, sind die anderen Mitbewohner des Hauses da etwas empfindlich. Entsprechend, falls du eine Party-WG suchen solltet, wärst du hier leider an der falschen Adresse....
Current shared flat members are Lisa (35) and me (28).
Lisa is working as a teacher in a Kindergarden and I am working for a marketing company.
The day to day life is very relaxed and chilled out.
We treat each other with respect and give each other space if needed and / or requested.
May it be that when cooking, in the bathroom or if someone brings a friend over – we also happy to take you along for some activities.
With us it never gets boring, as we are active people and always on the move. Despite that, you could also enjoy your privacy or private space if needed.
Due to that, we are looking for a roommate in about the same age, enjoying being around people and maybe sharing some common interests in sports or free time activities.
As we already outgrew the “Party-all-night” times, you should also think similarly as well. Hence if you are looking for this kind of shared flat, this one if probably not for you.
Bitte beachte: Es wird in beiderseitigem Interesse eine Probezeit von 3 Monaten vereinbart, nachdem ist eine Verlängerung auf dann maximal 36 Monate ohne weiteres möglich bzw. denkbar.
Anmeldung ist MÖGLICH und kann auf Wunsch ausgestellt werden.
