Das Zimmer (15qm) kommt möbiliert mit einem Einzelbett, einem Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schrank und Regalen. Die persönlichen Gegenstände sind also bei Einzug weg. Der Rest der Wohnung bleibt so, wie auf den Bildern.
Die Wohnung war bei mir Erstbezug, ist ein Neubau mit Vorzügen wie Fußbodenheizung und moderner Einrichtung!
Unsere Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Teil von Marzahn und ist zu einem Park ausgerichtet. Es ist also schön ruhig und verhältnismäßig grün.
Eine Einkaufsstraße mit allem nötigen befindet sich nur wenige minuten zu Fuss.
Die Tram fährt 3 minuten entfern ab in Richtung Hauptbahnhof und Frankfurter Allee.
Die Sbahn ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und Friedrichshain lässt sich in 20 Minuten erreichen!
Es werden im Juli 2 Zimmer frei und eine Mitbewoherin, Tanja, bleibt. Bisher war die WG immer eine ruhige, saubere und freundliche WG!
Ordnung und Sauberkeit, also auch einhalten von einem Putzplan sind wichtig.
Ansonsten ist eine offene Kommunikation schön!:)
Einkommensnachweis von 3 Monatsmieten ist nachzuweisen (oder eine Bürgschaft von Eltern, Großeltern, Partner*in,….)
