Ich arbeite im IT-Beruf täglich zuhause in meinem privaten Zimmer.
Es gibt ein zentrales Wohnzimmer, das nicht Bestandteil der Untervermietung ist, aber nach Absprache genutzt werden kann.
Es ist eine ruhige Wohnung und ein ruhiges Haus. Partys sind nicht erwünscht - daher gut geeignet für Lernende.
In der Wohnung leben 2 Katzen, die sich über oft über etwas Zuwendung freuen. Die Katzen wurden vor 1,5 Jahren aus dem Tierheim geholt und sind noch immer sehr ruhebedürftig.
Für die geteilten Flächen (Flur, Küche Bad) besteht eine abwechselnd wöchentliche Reinigungspflicht. Die geteilten Bereiche sind immer sauber zu halten, so dass der nachfolgenden Person ein sauberer und aufgeräumter Bereich hinterlassen wird.
