Da ich umziehe und mein Mietvertrag bis Ende Oktober läuft, suche ich eine ordentliche Person, die mein Zimmer übernimmt.
Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Schrank, Schreibtisch + Stuhl, Wandspiegel, Wäschesack und Bett + Matratze (140cm). Das Beste ist, das du dein eigenes Bad haben wirst (mit Regendusche!).
Dinge wie Bettdecke, Kissen, Bettbezug und Handtücher werden von der Vermietung gestellt und die kannst du gerne verwenden.
Zudem gibt es noch zwei Gemeinschaftsräume und einen Waschkeller mit über 10 Waschmachinen und Trockner. In dem Gebäude sind nur WGs und hauptsächlich junge internationale Leute. Deswegen kann es am Wochenende etwas lauter werden.
Die Lage ist wirklich super. Die nähste U-Bahnstation ist die Heinrich-Heine-Straße. Mit der U8 kommst du fast überall hin. In zwei Stationen bist du am Alex oder Kotti und viele Clubs sind in Laufweite.
Sonst gibt es in der Nähe einen Aldi, Edeka, Rossmann, Lidl und vieles mehr. Also alles, was man so braucht.
Die WG ist eher eine Zweck-WG. Hier leben zurzeit 3 nette berufstätige Jungs. Ab und zu sieht man sich in der Küche und man plaudert ein bisschen. Vielleicht ändert sich das mit dir?
