The first half makes the biggest living space with a seperate kitchen, a seperate living room, a little toilet and a balcony. Second floor you have your room and a bigger bathroom including a bathtub.
The flat is perfectly located 5 mins away from u8 und u2. Short walking distance to sbahn alexanderplatz and hackescher markt with lots of tram and bus stations.
Very central located surrounded with everything you need from supermarkets, spätis to various bars and cafes.
