Aktuell wird das Zimmer als Gästezimmer genutzt und ist bereits möbliert mit einem großen Tisch, Stühlen, einem Arbeitsplatz und einem Schlafsofa. Diese Möbel können gerne übernommen oder entfernt werden, sodass du das Zimmer nach deinen eigenen Vorstellungen gestalten kannst.
A beautiful 30 m² room is available in our very large, 200 m² 5-room apartment in the Scheunenviertel in Berlin-Mitte. The room is flooded with light, has high ceilings, wooden floorboards and its own balcony. The room is currently used as a guest room and is already furnished with a large table, chairs, a workstation and a sofa bed. This furniture can be taken over or removed so that you can design the room according to your own ideas.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer der lebendigsten und zentralsten Gegenden Berlins. Das Scheunenviertel bietet zahlreiche Cafés, Galerien, Geschäfte und ist sehr gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden.
The apartment is located in one of the liveliest and most central areas of Berlin. The Scheunenviertel offers numerous cafés, galleries, stores and is very well connected to public transportation.
Ich lebe hier mit meinen beiden Töchtern (12 und 14) in einer großzügigen Wohnung mit einer geräumigen Küche und einem großen Wohnzimmer. Wir starten unseren Tag früh und sind tagsüber meist unterwegs. Abends genießen wir es, gemeinsam zu kochen, und ab und zu kommen Freunde zu Besuch. Insgesamt führen wir ein eher ruhiges WG-Leben und schätzen eine entspannte, harmonische Atmosphäre.
I live here with my two daughters (12 and 14) in a spacious apartment with a roomy kitchen and a large living room. We start our day early and are usually out and about during the day. In the evenings, we enjoy cooking together and friends come to visit from time to time. Overall, we lead a rather quiet life in a shared flat and appreciate a relaxed, harmonious atmosphere.
