The room is very spacious and it has a big window facing west. You can see the top of the TV Tower in Alexanderplatz from the window.
It is furnitured with a bed, a desk, a chair, a couch and a wardrobe.
The whole flat has hardwood floor.
Couples are welcomed, however, rent will be adjusted based on usage/consumption.

Located at Holzmarktstraße 69, 10179, Berlin, the apartment provides great access to public transport with Jannowitzbrücke station just 3 minutes away, offering connections to Hauptbahnhof, Warschauer Straße, and the airport via U8 and S3, S5, S7, S9 and buses. It's 10 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz. There are several small parks nearby, and for convenient grocery shopping, both Netto and Edeka supermarkets are just a 1-minute walk from the flat.

I work remotely and the Wi-Fi is excellent!
Just a heads up, this is a smoke-free apartment.
Please make sure you don't leave dirty cups or dishes laying around. We have a dishwasher machine for that :)
