14sqm room with a view of the green backyard with a huge maple tree. You can use the balcony even if it is linked to my room. I could offer you a large and comfortable air mattress and a desk plus chair if you like.

The apartment is located in northern part of Moabit, right between the stations Westhafen (Ring and U9) and Birkenstr. (U9) (each about 4 minutes walk away). Edeka, Penny and Lidl are also just a few minutes away.

my name is Shari (queer, english and german - mother tongue). My cat Nala 8 years (only catlovers :)) and I have been living in this sweet dragon's nest for about 5 years :)
I am searching for someone who is a creative soul, who is sensible and likes to share his feelings and needs openely :) Moreover i wish for a wg-life - e.g. i like to cook and eat dinner together when we are both home, skill sharing, i could teach you some hand work (e.g. crochet), reading out some stories together, talking about philosophy, psychology, everything which is exciting… Berlin and the stuff going on in the world and inside of me can be quiet challenging, so my little cozy nest holds me and secures me - so i wish you to have similar values to create a tiny utopia :) Moreover i also like being outside with my hamock - reading philosophy and phantasy novels, going on art exhibitions, theater, concerts, sometimes doing dancing classes, veggie/vegan, leftie…

I like to have the shared rooms clean and tidy, but not in a neurotic way - a cleaning plan i would prefer.

It might be possible to move in already on 1.4. - i will update it as soon as i know. First i would limit the contract to 6 months - after 3 months we both know if it vibes, so we can unlimit it :)
